Internship

Are you looking for a challenging internship in real estate?

"Blame it on the intern" or "That's just an intern task" are phrases you won’t hear from us. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, discover your strengths and interests, and fully immerse yourself in an international organization where no two days are the same!

Our headquarters are located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, but we operate and have offices in eight European countries. At our headquarters, you’ll find departments like HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance, as well as the managers who oversee our colleagues on-site.

A mosaic of brands

International & diverse

Our services bridge the gap between the demand for living and working spaces and practical solutions tailored to the needs of specific target groups. Under our shared mission of "Reshaping Urban Living Together," five specialized companies operate as independent divisions or entities. The common thread is promoting, coordinating, facilitating, and financing affordable living and working solutions with a focus on sustainability and the future.

The approximately 175 employees of Mosaic World, active in eight countries, work every day to match thousands of people across Europe with living or working spaces that suit them. Each employee is a piece of the mosaic, an essential part of a larger whole.

The application process

What can you
expect
from us?

1 - Apply for a job online

Send us through the application button your up-to-date CV and a motivation letter telling us why you want to work with us. Your details will reach our HR department immediately, and we aim to respond within three working days.

2 - Introduction

To get to know you better, we will first schedule an online intake with you and our Dutch Corporate Recruiter. During this conversation, you will also be informed about our services. If there is a good match, we will schedule a follow-up interview with the hiring manager and our recruiter.

3 - The job interview

A positive intake is followed by one or more job interviews in which we, together with the hiring manager, discuss your skills and the job content. Depending on the position, an assessment may also take place to get a better idea of your capabilities.

4 - A suitable proposal

Are all interviews completed positively? Then a reference check follows as the final step. If we are the right match, we will make you an attractive employment proposal. After that, we hope to welcome you as a new colleague soon!
