What to expect?
When you apply for a traineeship with us, the first thing you will do is have an interview with our recruiter and the department manager of your vacancy.
Prior to your internship, an introductory programme will be drawn up for you. During this familiarisation week, you will get to know the organisation and your new colleagues well.
For all interns, an onboarding day is organised in the second week of your internship. Here you will get to know all the other interns and get to know our company.
At Mosaic World, we think it is important that interns know what is going on in the other departments. This is why we also organise visits to our head office and other locations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in fun events, such as the Fontys career event.
What you can expect during your internship at Mosaic World is a lot of personal supervision of your internship assignments, an informal and open organisational culture and the freedom to put into practice what you have learned at school. In addition, we regularly organise various training sessions for all colleagues, giving you a day full of knowledge and activities.
Together with colleagues, you will work every day to improve the living environment for your customers, giving a sense of belonging and satisfaction. Tips for new interns: be open to the opportunities that arise, and experience a great internship period at Mosaic World.

Living and/or working space is important. Whether it is a student who wants to move in, a starter looking for affordable accommodation, a (starting) entrepreneur who needs a studio or office, or someone who urgently needs to rent temporary accommodation. What is it like to work at Mosaic World?
Our head office is in Eindhoven, but we operate and have offices in 8 European countries. Head quarters include the HR, IT, Marketing and Finance departments, as well as the managers who manage our colleagues in locations.
Our open-door policy and hands-on mentality ensure that we can switch gears quickly and take decisions. As a result, cooperation is pleasant and the atmosphere very convivial.
